Melaa Free Kit Competition 2026 – Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter
The promoter is: melaa.co.uk (referred to as “Melaa”).
2. Eligibility
- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
- Entrants must represent a football team within the UK from grassroots level upwards, including all age groups (e.g. U5 through to adult/veteran teams) and all genders.
- Each entrant may enter the competition once by subscribing to the Melaa mailing list via the official competition landing page: melaa.co.uk/melaa-competition.
- Entrants must also follow Melaa on at least one of its social media platforms. Melaa reserves the right to verify this and disqualify entrants who do not meet this requirement.
- There is no restriction on the number of entrants per club / team, only 1 per person.
3. How to Enter
- Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
- Entries must be submitted via the official competition form on melaa.co.uk/melaa-competition.
- The competition opens upon announcement and closes on 31 July 2026 at 23:59 BST.
- There will be three prize draws (see Section 4).
- Entries received before each draw cut-off date will be included in that draw. Entries submitted after a draw date will automatically roll over into subsequent draws.
- Entries submitted after the final closing date will not be accepted.
4. The Prize
- There will be three (3) prize draws, taking place on:
- 1 June 2026
- 1 July 2026
- 1 August 2026
- One winner will be selected per draw (three winners total).
- Each winning team will receive a custom Melaa football kit package, including:
- 15 outfield player full kits (shirts, shorts, and socks)
- 1 goalkeeper full kit
- 1 kit bag
- 2 Managers tops
- The kit will be designed in collaboration with the winning team, including logos, badges, sponsors, and colours, subject to Melaa’s design and production guidelines and timelines.
- No cash or alternative prizes will be offered.
- The prize is non-transferable.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
- Each draw winner will be selected by Melaa at random.
- Winners will be notified via email and/or social media within 7 days of each draw date.
- If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, Melaa reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Use of Entries
- By entering, entrants agree that Melaa may use submitted team names, stories, and any provided images for promotional and marketing purposes, including on its website and social media channels.
- Entry into the competition will automatically subscribe the entrant to Melaa’s mailing list. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
7. Data Protection
- Any personal data supplied will be processed in accordance with Melaa’s Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.
- Entrants’ personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. General
- Melaa reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition or these terms at any time where necessary.
- Melaa’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final.
- The competition is governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
