All products are manufactured based on customer specifications.
4. Orders & Acceptance
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- All details provided are accurate
- You are authorised to use the payment method provided
- You accept these Terms in full
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
5. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise
- Prices may change at any time without notice
- Payment must be made in full at checkout
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
6. Customised Products (Important)
Most Melaa products are custom-made to your specifications.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Names and numbers
- Logos and designs
- Colour selections
By placing an order:
- You confirm all customisation details are correct
- You understand that customised items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun, except in the case of a fault
Melaa is not responsible for errors approved at checkout.
7. Production & Delivery
7.1 Production
- All items are made to order in our partner manufacturing facility
- Production and processing time is 3–4 weeks from payment confirmation
We aim to deliver sooner where possible, but this timeframe should be expected.
7.2 Fulfilment & Shipping
All products:
- Are manufactured overseas
- Shipped to our UK facility for quality control
- Dispatched to customers from the UK
We use trusted courier services including:
- Royal Mail
- DPD
7.3 Delivery Times
Once dispatched:
- UK delivery typically takes 1–3 working days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
7.4 Local Delivery & Collection
Local delivery or collection may be available by prior agreement. Please contact us to arrange.
7.5 Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Customs processes
- Incorrect information provided by customers
8. Returns, Refunds & Faults
8.1 Customised Products
Customised products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where:
- The item is faulty
- The item is not as described
- There is a manufacturing defect
8.2 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or incorrect:
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery

- Provide order details and photographic evidence
If a claim is approved, we will:
- Replace the item, or
- Issue a full or partial refund
8.3 Non-Customised Items (If Applicable)
Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days, provided they are:
- Unused
- In original condition and packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
8.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to the made-to-order process:
- Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started
Requests must be made immediately after purchase, and we cannot guarantee changes can be accommodated.
10. Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
We do not accept returns for sizing issues unless the item is faulty.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, branding, and content on this website are the property of Melaa or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any content without written permission.
12. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our products or services for unlawful purposes
- Submit false or misleading information
- Interfere with website functionality or security
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Melaa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed
