Melaa Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Overview
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed with Melaa (via its website melaa.co.uk or from Melaa at an event or sales over the phone).
All Melaa products are made to order, and delivery timelines reflect our manufacturing and fulfilment process.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Production & Processing Time
All items are manufactured specifically to your order.
- Production takes place at our partner facility in Pakistan
- Orders are then shipped to our UK operations centre for final quality checks and dispatch
Estimated production and processing time:
- 3–4 weeks from payment confirmation
We always aim to complete and dispatch orders sooner where possible, but this timeframe should be used as the standard expectation.
3. Shipping Method & Fulfilment
Melaa does not operate a drop-shipping model.
All products:
- Are manufactured overseas
- Delivered to us in the United Kingdom
- Dispatched to customers from the UK
Orders are shipped using:
- Royal Mail
- DPD
Shipping method will depend on parcel size, destination, and service availability.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched from our UK facility:
- UK Standard Delivery: 1–3 working days
- UK Express Delivery (if available): 1 working day
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
- Courier delays
- Seasonal demand
- Factors outside our control
5. Local Delivery & Collection
For customers located near our operations:
- Local delivery or collection may be arranged
- This must be agreed in advance with Melaa

6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs (if applicable) will be:
- Calculated at checkout
- Clearly displayed before payment is completed
7. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available:
- Customers will receive tracking details upon dispatch
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery progress and ensure availability to receive the parcel.
8. Delays & Liability
While we aim to meet all stated timelines, delays may occur due to:
- Manufacturing complexities
- Customs clearance
- Courier issues
Melaa is not liable for delays caused by:
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Courier service disruptions outside our control
9. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails:
- The courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a depot
- It is the customer’s responsibility to follow courier instructions
Additional charges may apply if:
- The parcel is returned to us
- Re-delivery is required
